The Album
This student spec project started with a question: could the words that glorify drugs become the words that warn against them? The idea was a mixtape that turned prescription warning labels into lyrics, flipping familiar rap songs into cautionary tracks about opioid abuse. I concepted the campaign, wrote the lyrics, and built the idea around something I still believe today: sometimes the best copy doesn’t add to culture. It remixes what’s already there.
The Mixtape
We released a mixtape, free on Spotify. We turned the warning label on prescription drugs into lyrics on songs that originally glorified drugs.
